Scanlon is a Delaware County native. He graduated from Cardinal O\u2019Hara High School and achieved his undergraduate degree at Penn State. Attorney Scanlon received his J.D. from the Beasley School of Law at Temple in 2013 and worked in the Delaware County District Attorney\u2019s Office as an Assistant District Attorney from 2013 to 2021.
